How long will shipping take?

We are located in Edmonton, Alberta (Canada) and Shipping times can vary during the holiday seasons, please allow extra time for your packages to be received as delays in transit may occur.

Can I use any discount codes?

Unfortunately not - all discount codes (including first time customers) are disabled for the entirety of our Black Friday Sale.
Can I get a refund or credit if I purchased before Black Friday Deals?

Unfortunately not as we can only advertise our promotions so far ahead of time.
What is your return / exchange policy?

Any orders over 25% OFF will be final sale with no exchange or returns being accepted. Any products under 25% OFF can be exchanged and will have an extended grace period from 21 days to 30 days from date of purchase. You can see our full policy details here
How do I get a free gift?

All free gifts will be provided to qualifying order value totals and on a first order, first serve basis (while quantities last). Please note gifts are not "stackable". Your order value will determine your free gift.
