Shipping policy
Shipping Location:
All orders are shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Orders typically leave our facility within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
We hand-pack every order, and during high-volume events (e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Week), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Tracking:
All orders include tracking numbers, which are emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International and U.S. orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.
These fees are determined by your country’s import regulations and are not included in your Flatout Apparel order total.
Refused or returned shipments due to unpaid duties or taxes will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 business days, contact us at info@flatoutapp.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Flatout Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier backlogs, or weather disruptions.
