The ordering process was easy, other than I did find it somewhat difficult to determine my size, as the measurements on the size chart compared to the model size seemed contradictory.
I was pleased though how quickly my order was delivered. Ultimately I am extremely pleased with my hoodie, the fabric is wonderful and soft.
