Why 320 GSM Fleece?
Most hoodies pill, stretch out, or go thin after a few washes. Kora's 320 GSM Cotton Fleece is heavier than what you'll find at most retailers — it holds its shape, gets softer with every wash, and never loses its structure. Pre-shrunk so what you order is what you keep.

Shipping Questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and shipped out of Edmonton, Alberta, typically same day or next day. Delivery timelines depend on your location. Canadian orders generally arrive in 1–7 business days, and US orders in 2–10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only advertise within Canada but we do ship globally. If you are in the US or outside North America, feel free to place an order and we will get it to you!
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Check your inbox and spam folder just in case!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on orders over $169 CAD within Canada and $249 USD within the United States.

Sizing
How does the Kora fit?
Koras are designed as a slim athletic fit. They are cut longer in the body and sleeves to stay in place all day, no riding up, no crop top effect.
What size should I get?
If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. If you want a true slim athletic fit, go true to size.
What sizes are available?
Koras are available in XS through 2XL.
Do the Koras shrink after washing?
No. Koras are designed to maintain their fit and length after washing. We recommend cold wash and hang dry to keep them looking their best.
Care Instructions
How do I wash my Kora?
Machine wash cold with like colours. Turn inside out before washing to protect the fabric surface. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, as these can break down the stretch fibres over time.
Can I put it in the dryer?
We recommend hang drying to preserve the fit, length, and fabric quality. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting. High heat can affect the length and feel of the garment over time.
Can I iron my Kora?
We recommend using a handheld steamer to remove any wrinkles — it's gentler on the Cotton/Spandex blend and won't affect the fabric's stretch or feel. If you do use an iron, keep it on a low heat setting and avoid ironing directly on any seams or edges.
Will the colour fade over time?
When cared for properly — cold wash, hang dry, inside out — your Kora will hold its colour wash after wash. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when storing.
Tech Terry vs Fleece
What is Tech Terry (TT) fabric?
Tech Terry is a performance-inspired fabric that is smooth on the outside and soft on the inside. It is lightweight, breathable, and more structured than fleece, making it great for layering or wearing on its own year-round.
What is the Fleece fabric?
Our Fleece Koras feature a cozy brushed interior that is warmer and softer than Tech Terry. Perfect for colder days or anyone who loves that classic hoodie feel.

What makes the Kora different from a regular hoodie?
The Kora is cut longer in the body and sleeves so it stays in place when you move, stretch, or sit. No riding up, no crop top effect. It looks intentional, not baggy.
What is the material composition?
All Koras are made from 95% Cotton and 5% Spandex, at approximately 320 GSM. This gives them a premium weight and feel while maintaining stretch and comfort.

We do not have a physical retail location, but you can select local pickup at checkout if you are in the Edmonton area.
