Made with a nylon-spandex blend, medium support, a thick bottom band, supportive straps, round neckline, and crossed back design, it is built for training days, rest days, and everything between.

The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars and not 5 stars is that the straps aren’t at all adjustable, understandable because of the style of course but it’s a drawback!
But! Let’s get this out of the way, I’m a 32G which is very hard to fit, I cautiously got a medium and it fits great but a touch big. I think I’d size down next time to my usual Small. (I will be taking the straps in a bit and I think it’ll help the fit overall) As a medium it’s crazy comfortable, I’ve been wearing it a lot which I can’t say much for any bra. Super soft and the Carbon Onyx colour is really great. I didn’t expect it and the shorts to have a subtle pattern but I like it. Would buy again, would love to see it in some jewel tones for the fall!

The carbon sports bra is the most supportive sports bra I own! The strappy back is super cute and I love the wider band which sits a bit lower than most bras. No matter what activity you are doing everything stays in place! I have never had to remove or readjust the padding which is a huge win for me - I hate fighting with keeping bra pads in place!
The only downside to this bra is it is difficult to get on/take off due to how compressive it is, but once it is on it is super comfortable and is just part of having a bra with that much compression!

I love the soft material. The support is very very good I can jump rope and my boobs don’t even move. Very good product I should have got 2!!

I had been eying this bra for a while, with fears it might perform like some other strappy bras I’ve tried - I am a women’s physique athlete with pretty wide lats, and I often find cute, strappy styles cut into me or fail to flatter. NOT THE CASE HERE. This bra is both soft and thick, which means the straps lay flat and don’t choke out my lats or traps. The bottom band also makes it a long line option that does not roll, and provides beautiful coverage. Huge bonus if you wish to wear it with some high waisted leggings for a sweaty sesh. In a nutshell, this bra performs and looks amazing, get a few colours if you can! For sizing reference, I normally wear a 36C and I sized up into a large for this bra. Hope this is helpful!

I've been wearing the LLL Energy Bra Size 8 for >10 years and BY FAR this bra is WAY MORE COMFORTABLE and WAY MORE FLATTERING than the Energy Bra. The genius construction of the pads lifts & separates without over padding and no uni-boob!!! I am definitely replacing my LLL bras! And I LOVE the extra wide band. For an > 45 year old, I need all the extra support I can get without feeling compressed and this bra does it!!!

I’ve been teaching and practicing yoga for 20 years and these are by far the best workout bra tops I have ever worn. I purchased several so that i always have one ready for my daily workout! They wash so well too!

I love this design. I love the longer band, the strappy back and the non solid colours.
I don’t like compression so I always size up one size. Looks so cute under a tank and supports well for any type of work out and comfy enough for everyday wear. I like the positioning of the straps. A lot of racer back bras cause tension in my traps and neck, this bra does not and I my absolute go to.

The details and designs on this bra are beautiful, I love the colour. I will say that it did fit a little snug but I could probably go up a size. The cup liners are a bit on the thicker side.
